Cincinnati Museum Center's Program on Wheels came to the 5th grade science classes. Students were able to experiment with all aspects of physical science: light, sound, magnetism, electricity, bubbles, and motion!
Chemistry In Your Hands
Cincinnati Museum Center's Program on Wheels came to the 5th grade Science Classes. Students were able to work with acids and bases to produce chemical reactions. Then they were able to make their own slime to take home!
Mr. Benton, from ERH, came to our class to speak with the 5th graders about space exploration and the significance of Apollo 8. It was a wonderful experience. The students were very interested and enjoyed seeing the video and pictures from space.
Math Days at the Cincinnati Zoo - 11/5/10
The 5th graders went to the Zoo to complete several math activities at various exhibits. It was a great way to see how math is "everywhere." The students had a great time, and even got to do some math!
